　　The WTO Center has a board of directors and an advisory committee which are responsible for the overall direction of the Center's operations. The Center's day-to-day operations are directed by its CEO – assisted by a Deputy CEO – and the Center has a staff of full-time researchers and administrative personnel. There is a “Promotion and Training Committee” responsible for assisting related authorities within training personnel on trade negotiation and WTO-related issues, as well as promoting WTO-related affairs and academic exchanges with think tanks and web networking. WTO Database Center is responsible for collecting database, issuing e-papers, and operating a library.

Training Offers the public training and distance learning seminars on WTO-related affairs.
International Affairs Strengthens international academic network through organizing international conferences.
